- We deliver to New Zealand and Australia only.

Returns Policy

- In store purchases:

  • 7 Day exchange or store credit with receipt, if item not worn and all tags are intact.
  • No exchange or store credit on reduced price or sale items.
  • No refunds on in store purchases.

 

- Online purchases only:

  • 14 Day refund from the date of purchase or a full store credit on returns within 30 days of purchase with receipt, if item not worn and all tags are intact.
  • Item/s to be returned in original packaging to Elmari Boutique, 104/59 Mooloolaba Esplanade, Sirocco Resort, QLD 4557 along with the following details:
      • Full name
      • Phone number
      • Original receipt
  • You are responsible for the return of your items and we highly recommend sending via registered post or a tracked courier service.
  • Elmari Boutique is not responsible for lost parcels.
  • Upon receiving your returned item/s, we will make an assessment and process your refund or store credit within 3 business days of receiving your parcel.
  • Elmari Boutique will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
  • No refunds, exchange or return on reduced price or sale items.
